Perfect security solution

Nice product but terrible instructions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The printed instructions are terrible, and the official YouTube video isn’t much better. The inside screw the lady calls a “hands-free screw” has a head which she uses her fingers to screw in. The product includes a headless screw for this task. Also the interior cords are stiff and difficult to tuck in as instructed. But once you get it installed it seems secure and looks nice enough. My husband was able to program an additional code fairly easily
