Great but hard to get wires in the right place

Since he lost the paper with code and took the code off the inside I am stuck how to recode ? Taking the lock apart is easy but putting it back together is not simple! No phone support is worthless for older people not tech savvy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the keypad locks for our condo. The price was reasonable. Installation was smooth and probably under 2 hours. Thankfully no modifications to the door were needed. The instructions were quite good, clear and understandable. Quality of the materials and manufacture is excellant. So I’m extremely pleased. The only issue is durability and we won’t know about that for a few months. It is currently operating perfectly.
