[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have started using this for about five months now and I love it. I can monitor my home anyway I am. I've been able to lock and unlock my door. It has Made my life much easier.

However, I just returned home from a 3 week vacation and could not get it unlocked with either my phone app or by manually entering my passcode!
