[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I already had one of these locks and it worked so well I bought another. I like that you can add multiple codes, and delete them when you don’t want them in there anymore. It would be very hard for a garden variety homeowner to install. Instructions are too tiny on the detailed parts of illustrations, and the electronic pieces are packed strangely. There’s one screw we had to lengthen and by spinning it and the directions said nothing about it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had a few of these, the first I had to replace due to pressure washing the button off on accident and got water into it making it malfunction. The second, ended up not working at all… well it worked, but the codes and the set up were not working at all. It would randomly lock and unlock, and then trying to restart the set up wouldn’t work. It was a big mess. I bought another, hoping that it was just that specific lock set that was an issue. At this point with my experience it’s a 50/50 chance it’ll work or not. Currently installing it so 🤞🏻🤞🏻
