[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The solution to a family with kids who lose their house keys! We have had this product for about 2 months and are satisfied. Easy enough to install and program. Only reason 4 star bc u have to remember which way the lock is turned (3 and 9 o'clock) versus unlocked (12 and 6 o'clock) not a huge deal. Oh and it lights up when u touch the keypad but not until u touch it so in the dark u may push the first number wrong. Just wish we got one of these sooner!

A lock that can take years of abuse

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have three Schlage keypad locks on doors at our home and purchased a new lock after one of our locks failed after years of door slams in wind currents on the side of our garage. We were not surprised but realize that even these locks have their limits. We will be installing slam-resistant hinges on that door along with our replacement keypad lock. Otherwise, these keypad locking door knobs have worked perfectly for years.
