Lock is good- App is not

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am using the keypad lock with wifi connection. I have had no issues with the lock and electronics to unlock and lock the unit once I was able to program codes into it. The issues I have are with the application provided by Schlage. They are a lock company, not a software company, and it shows. I have used the app on both Android and iPhone IOS and both have issues with authenticating from time to time. Android shows text cut off at top of text field on forms such as created codes. So much so it is sometimes hard to tell if a number is such as the bottom of a 7 or maybe a 1 or l - not good when trying to give out to a guest or service person. IOS sometimes can't find my registered lock and then when it does show up it will not open so I can get status and see access codes that have been set. Bottom line is that the app is at "alpha" level and need more refinement.

Love the convenience of keyless entry
