[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just bought a new one. The first one lasted 5 years with 2 adults and 3 teenagers going in and out the front door everyday.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Touch pad works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although the touch pad works great, the key takes a lot of practice to find the sweet spot to remove it. Installation was fairly easy with clear instructions. Setting the code was straightforward. Quality product except for that temperamental key removal.
I would recommend this to a friend!
