Excellent product, difficult to install.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] it functions extremely well. However, the software failed after about four years. When I tried to reinstall it, I found it extremely difficult to position the wiring correctly, snap the electrical connection together and hide it behind a clamp. I needed a pair of needle nose, pliers, and a screwdriver and 15 minutes to make it work. illustration was not big enough to be helpful.
The pin to assist in installation was lost in the box and not discovered until cleanup. Positioning the lock/unlock knob correctly was not explained so aligning all the parts was a challenge.
