[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In the building trade, best knob on the market. Have installed and rekeyed a lot of knobs in my 40+ years and wouldn't install anything else in my own house

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only problem I have is trying to figure out how to use a key to lock or unlock the deadbolt. The instructions don’t tell me how to do this.
