[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has been a great lock until it hasn’t. Batteries die super quickly. I had to file a warranty claim and the replacement lock had corrosion so I needed to use a mix of parts from each lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lock has worked well for the 3 years we have had it. A part on the latch broke and schlage replaced it through its lifetime warranty. Overall it has performed well for our needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this door handle! I put them on all my doors. And I got half my Niebhor’s on my block to get them. They are simple to install, and easy to use. I’ve had my first one for over five years now, I’ve only needed to replace the batteries once so far. The numbers don’t wear. It still looks new! I’ve never had any issues with its operability. I used to have the old keypad locks they made. The buttons fell off, I could never get the codes to work after a couple years, they were difficult to install. They were left/right handed. You could easily buy the wrong one. I have. This one is reversible to fit both. You can put up to 19 codes! One for
everyone. That they can remember. It’s
great. I hope they never change this design. They’ve perfected it. There is no reason to buy anything else. Hands down, it’s the best.
