Camelot keypad lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this lock to replace one that had failed several months ago. Initially, we were thrilled with it, so much so that I happen to throw away our receipt and box. Approximately two weeks ago, a friend came over thinking we were at home, turned the knob and walked In the house. Low and behold, we weren’t at home. This was our first realization that our walk was not working. To open it after going through the steps to lock it all you had to do was turn the knob and it opened.
We replace this lock with a simple bolt Schlage lock, and our depending on it. I saved the receipt and box this time. The keypad bolt cost three times the amount we paid for the simple bolt. Would not recommend the digital keypad lock.
