Remote lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall very happy with the lock and handle, great features, very happy to be able to remotely unlock and lock the door. Where I'm not very happy is the manual locking portion has a lot of play in it, the tailpiece that slides into the slot on the bolt has a lot of excessive gap which allows the Locking handle excessive play in my eyes other than that is a very high quality handle and locking mechanism. I will be reaching out to the manufacturer about this issue. As there is no way to adjust that, it slides into a slot and then slot has a lot of play.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these but I’m struggling with installation. May be my door thickness isn’t enough but can’t get it to seat tight. Will keep messing with it but can’t wait to not carry any keys
