I use this lock exclusively for all restricted access rooms in our warehouse and offices.
I also use this lock at my own home.
The only issue ive had, is 1 unit had the plastic cam for the thumb turn break.
Keep in mind this was after being used in a commercial, medium traffic setting over 3 years.
Overall the build quality is great.
I much prefer the physical buttons to the "touch screen" style.
The buttons are responsive and give an audible and visual confirmation.

Ive used this same lock in a residential setting for 8 years. No issues at all.
Battery is not the easiest nor the hardest to change, but it lasts so long that its almost not even worth mentioning.
The finish on both the leverset and the keypads is extremely durable.
There is zero corrosion on the leverset. Even after 8 mid-west winters.
The keypad is also in perfect condition and is as easy to read as the day I installed it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I installed three of these in a home that didn’t have deadbolts. I really like it for this application or to have a secure interior door. I have one at my office, I also installed. These are easy to install. They are easy to set new codes ONCE you get the hang of it. I also have the loving system in my home that has the WiFi/bluetooth option. I prefer those as it is easier to update codes. That is the only reason I prefer the one over this one. Otherwise, fantastic lock and easy key code for a smarter lock. I believe the quality is excellent as I have never had an issue with any Schlage lock.
