[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was a challenge to install on a steel door that wasn't bored out for any type of door lock, but door had push/pull plate and large pull handle. But I managed to get the proper holes drilled. I was at a different location and didn't have some of the tools I thought I may need. But it was such an easy installation process that I accomplished the task at hand. The only other thing I would to say is I wish it came with 2 keys instead of just one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Keypad lever door latch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just replaced my old keypad lever lock with a new one. I bought the exact same one my old one is used everyday multiple times a day and has lasted over 15 years. It finally had an internal issue that I couldn’t fix so I hope to get the same reliability and longevity out of my new one.

I really like the Accent Keypad Lever. It’s convenient, easy to use, and has been reliable overall. However, one of the locks has failed, even though I have several of these installed across my Airbnb properties. I’m disappointed that one has developed an issue, especially since reliable access is essential for my guests. Overall, I like the product, but I hope the manufacturer can address this issue and stand behind its product.

Easy to install and use

Installing this lock was pretty simple, although I first read the instructions top down rather than by numbers. Programming multiple codes was super easy, which I appreciated!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second time I have pitched this product and j think it is outstanding. Easy installation, easy to set up. Just because it is easy doesn’t make me feel a bit uncomfortable or less safe! Thanks for designing a fine product.
Perhaps I missed something , but I thought that I could add more than 1 code to give individuals their own code to get access.
