[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got locked out at least twice, by forgetting to unload my old knob, but that has not happened again ever since I got my Schlage lock. The quality is great and the lock is very functional. In fact, we have gotten a family member one for Christmas, since they had similar issues about getting locked out. They tell me it was the best gift they ever gotten! I strongly recommend!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super safe and durable! At my rental for over a year and a half, just bought another for myself. Unbelievably easy to install including options for which way door handle goes and latch plate that best fits your door. Keypad lights up for night use and programming codes are easy to add or delete when needed. Love it!!!
