Would’ve liked to have seen one. Screw to hold the battery tray for stability in the package.
Luckily, I had one with me.

Battery issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When ever I have to change the battery the entire lock just quits and forgets everything. I have had to twice now do a hard reset on the lock and upload codes and reset WiFi after a simple battery change.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
