[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the fact that when I need a key, I can keep them to be the same as the front door and back door in the event. The battery goes dead. Luckily I’ve had not had to use the key great product.

No instructions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Without instructions I had to look up on YouTube how to install. Then I found out the original code was on the instructions. I’m going to call Schlage and see if the can give me a code or I’m going to have to take it apart to get the code from the inside of the lock. Poor Quality control.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
