[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time I changed a lock. The YouTube instructions from Schlage were great. This lock has features my old one didn't have like not needing to lock it when I leave.

Easy to install and program

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product was very easy to install especially with the self holding pin. I really like that feature cuz usually you end up halfway dropping the lock while trying to install it and hold everything together at the same time. It was also very easy to program with new user codes. I like being able to put codes for each person.
