Loose handle and thin cover

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like how door lock works with app and wifi and even alerts but the product handle is very loose and even and a thin plate that carries the lock.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Door Lock!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this installed one week ago and I love it. I was easily able to assign each adult kid with their own unique login. Works perfectly. I get notifications when everyone enters or locks the door. Easy set up. Perfect!
