[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the features that tell who has opens the door and when. And love the guest feature it allows to door to be used once or multiple times with the check of a box on the app. Awsome app and lock. You need this lock !!!

Pain to install

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was extremely awkward to install. Some of the instructions did not match the product. There was no sticker on the hands-free Post. when rooting the wire through, it was installed in the wrong direction that it needed to be to connect, and it was extremely rigid to bend in the correct position
