Missing "hands-free post"

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Initial impression is good. Installation revealed what feels like solid construction. Feels like it might last a while in the weather. Keeping me from five stars is: THERE WAS NO HANDS FREE POST on the keypad that I purchased! I hope it holds??

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great door lock. Satin Nickel finish is perfect to match other door knobs in my home. The lever handle is perfect for my arthritic hands. Was really easy to install. The keypad responds quickly with code. Seems very durable. Comes with a battery and is an all around great product.

Durability

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the first one I bought for about 6 years and it took me about 15 minutes to install because I had to read the instructions. I just replaced it with a new one about 2 weeks ago and it took me about 5 minutes to install. These are very durable and I love the product. Would not buy another brand.
