[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a few smart locks. This one works smoothly, allows me to access from anywhere to remotely unlock, set combinations that will alert me when used, and more. I love it. Best part is it feels like a quality product by just working well.

Interference

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the lock set, with an issue.
The exterior deadbolt knob protrudes the same as the lower handle.
This creates interference with the storm door handle and the storm door can’t be closed.
I guess it’s not an issue for those folks that don’t have a storm-screen door.
I had to take mine off until I figure out how to move handle. Had I known this, I would not have purchased this model.
