Good feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like I can control the lock from my phone so if I accidentally left it unlocked I can fix it. I also like it records each time it is locked and unlocked.

Overall experience assembling the unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it to replace an old one that didn’t lock anymore. I like the look, the finishing, the size and the security it provides. I never instales one of them before but it was easy to do however I had some problems following the instructions to pre test the unit, to understand what the flash light meant and mostly to program the codes that I chose.

Fast, easy, straightforward digital security

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation was easy needing just phillips + screwdriver, printed instructions were very helpful and able to use immediately. Product design and finish give appearance of security and quality. Main con is that external pin pad less than flush with door and in reality only two slender screws for protection. Main pros 1) long battery life with 9v battery 2) No Bluetooth or Wi-Fi to rapidly drain power 3) very simple, understandable operation allowing quick one-handed entry/egress 4) backup emergency key

Easy to use and install

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This door knob looks great, was easy to install, and easy to set up the door codes. Our last door knob was a Schlage and so I know they’re long lasting and durable. I’d highly recommend.
