Reliable electronic door handle

Great product even better service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I installed the keypad handle lock and much enjoyed not having to keep up with another key. Unfortunately the keypad stopped responding but the key still worked. I contacted customer support and, with no hassle or accusation as seems to be normal for companies these days, Schlage sent a replacement. Standing behind the warranty impressed me enough I now have three more.
