Bought it again after 8 years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought one 8 years ago and it served us well. We just replaced it as it wasn’t engaging any longer. It works out well with the kids and forgetting keys etc. if we didn’t like it, we wouldn’t have bought it a second time.

It's durable for the elements and makes it easy to access needed equipment without risking the loss of a key in the water. Great product and I'm thrilled to have it installed. We have many of these on our garages and home. Always buy a Schlage!
