[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pretty easy to install. Difficulty is getting it re-keyed to existing house key. Many of home box store key people don’t know how to do it but this latest design is super simple. Just need to find the right person. I’ve installed and used at least 6 of these, great product. I finally had to replace one after 10 years or more as inside handle would no longer return to horizontal. Might have had something to do with granddaughter hanging on it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our Schlage door locks. Built our house 21 years ago, and had a different lock set. Tired quickly of chasing keys, and the hidden spare missing, when it was needed!
Got the Schlage lock set- best decision ever! No more chasing keys, you can add additional codes as spares, then delete when no longer needed. Would never consider going back to keys!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third Schlage electric key pad door lock. I have installed a new lock every time we moved to our new home. The other two are still working and going strong. That has been over 15 years ago. My new shop door got the same tried and true key pad lock as the other shop doors. The instructions are simple and easy to read. Although this was my third lock, I still looked over the instructions to make sure i hadn’t forgotten anything. The program of the new access code was simple. The only thing I didn’t see (probably didn’t look hard enough) was how to add the additional key pad codes. I have one that I only used and know, but a set a separate code for others to use. The second code can be deleted at any point or changed to something different if you have people that you no longer want to have permission to access the door. That way i don’t have to remember a new code for me, just the new code that I changed or need to share. Super easy to use. I have satin finish doors lock and it always look good even though it is outdoor door use and north facing wall. It always works. In the heat or cold. I’m very happy with this look set.
