Best investment ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have purchased several of these and consider them the BEST. Their customer service is also great. You can’t beat a Schlage lock. Easy to install. Buy one today, you won’t regret it. I am a female senior citizen(well over 65) and install them for my friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this a few years back and had tried to change the battery and had an issue with a wire that broke and called the customer service department. I was greeted with a very professional and happy woman. I explained what I did and that I was at fault not the equipment and needed just the interior portion and would pay for it.
They provided me with a new entry all together and even shipped it.
This keyless lock is the best I’ve ever had and will never go to anything different but it’s the customer service and the ease of uploading photos to make the process of figuring out the problem and matching the correct item so everyone is on the same page and makes for quicker troubleshooting and less time on the phone.

Quality Under Demand

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Schlage are the ONLY electronic door locks we use in our nursing facility.
They are secure, and hold up under heavy use. These locks get cycled more than a couple hundred times a day, seven days a week, and they keep doing the job extremely well. Some have been in use for more than 3 years.
On top of that, Schlage has excellent customer service.
