He NOW only uses this Schlage door lock system on all the doors. It’s wonderful! So… I would be very interested in purchasing a product that will help him remember the entry code and changing the battery?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Probably purchased a few dozen of your product. Everything is very durable except for the silicone key pad buttons. Over time they pop out or come loose.

Great product; tricky to install

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just installed and already very happy with the keypad lock. However, the instructions should be made more clear (e.g., bigger pictures) and all components should be shown, including where they fit together. The one key piece that goes between outside and inside pieces that actually turns the deadbolt isn’t even described or pictured among the components and in the step by step pictures it looks like a white tube rather than a flat metal cross-like piece. Further, why is that piece loose instead of fixed on the external piece?
