Great having keypad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just installed on new door did not realize handle didn’t have lock also but never used old handle lock anyway just used deadbolt . Video was extremely helpful mine did not have the mentioned dust cup for strike plate

Durability and Key Misconception!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently had the electronic lock fail. Lifetime warranty but, only 3 years on electronic part. (Lock is 4 years old) I can handle this, it's just disappointing that it didn't last longer.
MY BIGGEST PROBLEM:
This lock has physical key option. This is somewhat deceptive. Users need to know that this in NO way is a key bypass(like competitor's). The key function on this product simply mimics the correct code entry. So, if you have a dead battery, the key will NOT unlock this product. For this reason, I question WHY to even put a key option on the product. I understand there is a low battery alert however, the beeper is very faint.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second time buying this. I bought for one for each side of the house a few years ago. I really like the way they work except that one of them when we work some of the time. I’m hoping the replacement works as well as the one on the other side of the house.
