Used to Work Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this lock on the front door for a little over a year now and loved it. Recent it has been draining batteries in a matter of weeks. I try looking up videos to fix this issue but keep coming up empty. I just got a notification today that my door battery is low and I replaced the batteries four days ago. I am at a loss at what to do. When the lock used to work properly I would have given a 5 star review but because of this new problem in which I will need to remove the electronic lock, I will give 1 star.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice looking handle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The installation was very easy. I like that everyone can have their own code so it's easy to remember. The design looks very nice in my home. The handle is comfortable and the number pad is easy enough for a 3 year old to operate.
