[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is very easy to use because of the keypad entry. It does come with a key. So there are both options to lock/unlock with key or keypad.

No instructions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Without instructions I had to look up on YouTube how to install. Then I found out the original code was on the instructions. I’m going to call Schlage and see if the can give me a code or I’m going to have to take it apart to get the code from the inside of the lock. Poor Quality control.
