Remote lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall very happy with the lock and handle, great features, very happy to be able to remotely unlock and lock the door. Where I'm not very happy is the manual locking portion has a lot of play in it, the tailpiece that slides into the slot on the bolt has a lot of excessive gap which allows the Locking handle excessive play in my eyes other than that is a very high quality handle and locking mechanism. I will be reaching out to the manufacturer about this issue. As there is no way to adjust that, it slides into a slot and then slot has a lot of play.

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband was the one who installed both set of the Schlage locks. Both locks went on two entries ways we have for our home. Once these were installed it was pretty self explanatory for my husband to do the process, however the striker plates for both entries was small to work with. The striker plates did not work correctly with the locks so we ended up using our previous plates we had with kwikset.
I would say this was the only issue we ran into but we made it work. After the installation, the look of the Schlage locks looked very nice to both entries. You can feel the difference in quality with this brand and how smooth everything functioned by the opening and closing of the doors. It’s a nice signature to our home and we don’t have any regrets making this purchase because we know this will be great in long term with our home.
I would say this was the only issue we ran into but we made it work. After the installation, the look of the Schlage locks looked very nice to both entries. So incredibly easy to manage this lock
