I found the water pressure on both low and high was too strong for my sensitive gums. Returned and purchased another with six pressure settings which has worked out much better for me.

the force of the spray is good. The reservoir is just a little smaller than ideal. The battery life was described at 1 week’s worth of use, but I am not seeing that, since the re-charge light flashes after 3-4 days, usually.

I had a knock off brand that I used for a couple of years until it quit on me, so I thought I'd get the name brand Waterpik since it was on sale. I am very disappointed with this product. There are only two levels of water pressure and the water tank is extremely small. I don't feel like I'm getting the benefit out of it like I did with my other brand and that I'm wasting my time. I guess I'll find out when I go to the dentist.
