I’m not able to connect the blue tooth out of the box. I tried the factory reset and follow the help instructions to no avail.

Not really, but she needs the app on her phone so she can use it while I'm out at Kelce's bar having a beer with Archie Bunker. This system makes cooking and grilling a no-brainer. Get one now, so you can multi-task and let others enjoy your creativity.

After using these for a while I love them. The presets are great and flexible from selecting meat temps to even cooking methods of cooking that include air fryer. I use these often.

This was the second thermometer that I purchased. If I had known that you were going to mess up the user interface software program, I might not have purchased it. Is there any way to revert back to the UI that I originally purchased?

If you can read and follow instructions you can’t miss getting a perfectly done steak, chop, fish or, foul!! Chef IQ is a winner! It does exactly what it claims it can do. I highly recommend.
