No more opening oven

I asked for this for Christmas and used it that day for my tenderloin roast. No guessing, came out perfect!
I did set the temp for 5 degrees my normal like based off of a recommendation from a friend. Used it as well for my New Year’s fresh ham and came out perfect as well.
No more opening oven to let heat escape.

I bought this for the times when I purchase tenderloin for a group and don’t want to take any chances on the he timing and this helped give me confidence to let the IQ do its job and concentrate on other items for the party and it worked well.
