I bought some expensive wagyu steaks in anticipation of perfecting the grilling time with this device. Unfortunately, the temps were sporadic and highly inaccurate. Needless to say, I returned the device. There is absolutely no way I could ever depend on it.

These are more than a set of thermometers. The app has so many recipes telling you when to flip, or take out of the smoker or oven. It holds your hand the whole time. Giving you messages at every step, both audibly and on your phone. I was smoking some meet and went away from the house and could check on the temp from my phone wherever I was. They have become an item if they broke or I lost them I would replace them. I can't say that about to many things I have.
