[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worst warranty service I have ever experienced. I was on the phone over 35 minutes with no help only they were talking to me like they know every time, but I guarantee you didn’t know. Absolutely nothing. This would be my last purchase.

Good Cooler/Not So Good Pump

I have had this cooler for 3 summer's and replaced the pump 3 times. The pumps aren't cheap. I drain/clean the unit regularly. The cooler works great on the fan and controls. I really like the wireless control; I can turn it on before coming home and the patio will be cool. But I have to purchase another pump to replace the current one that isn't working before I can have it cooling with wet pads.
