Hi, the system has been running for over a month and so far we are very happy with its performance. One thing I noticed is the automatic crawl space fan that we had stopped working since Moistwell has been running. The fan was set at 60% humidity and I set the Moistwell humanity at 55 % so is this normal? I believe the Moistwell system setting at 55 % humidity does not allowed the humidity to reach 60% for the fan to start kicking in. Does it make sense. Or do you have a better explanation? Let me know. Thanks.

So far so good. I live a block off the beach and the humidity in Virginia Beach is serious. I installed this unit in my garage. I do hobbies in my garage and tools and dies can quickly rust. I must say. this unit is doing a great job. I have insulated my garage door and I have no issues maintaining 55-60 % H. I mounted on a small platform with wheels to move if needed. I am glad I purchased the larger unit. The unit was easy to set up. I ran the pump discharge line out the corner of the garage door. It runs much less than I expected. For me, this unit is worth it to protect my equipment.
