Cons:
Doesn’t get very loud even with settings all the way up.
When you put them back in the case, your phone (iPhone) volume is turned halfway up, even if turned all the way down.

There's alot of sound in these buds! Love the case, the touch screen is so convenient and easy to tell if the buds are low on charge! They don't hurt my ears or fall out. Super comfy!!
