I just bought the Samsung Galaxy S24+ Sapphire Blue I traded my S22+, which I also loved btw. The battery on the S24+ is exceptionally above and beyond the S22+ 100% This is the reason for my trade in and boy did I hit the jackpot with this trade! I'm learning more & more tricks I can do ie: recording on screen; split screen; AI; summarizing and so much more just say "hey Google how do I..." and a YouTube video will guide you This phone is amazing. I cant wait to keep learning. ❤️

Very Disappointing

I don't care for the s24+. It doesn't have the audio port, I had to down a junk app to get notifications, and I cannot do talk to text (yet). The talk to text icon is gone. The double-tap doesn't turn on my screen, the fingerprint reader is very hit and miss. Not to mention, it came loaded with a bunch of games I am still removing. Give me back my s9!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

To choose which apps are allowed to send you notifications: From Settings, tap Notifications > App notifications, and then tap to enable notifications for individual apps. If you would like to sort your notifications: From Settings, tap Notifications > Sort notifications, and then choose to sort by priority or time. If you would like to choose which notifications are allowed on the Lock screen: From Settings, tap Notifications > Lock screen notifications, and then tap to enable the feature. We're five days into an upgrade from a S10+ 5G note for me and a S20 note for my wife. Both of us are very happy with the phone. Superfast processor scoring 18,019 on PC Mark for Android meaning everything is quick. Apps load fast, phone is excellent with zero issues or dropped calls. Pictures are supreme. Colors are excellent. Built in Photo embellishments work very well. Makes my candid's look professional. We do not miss the notes pen. eSIM support included.

Great phone ruined by poor screen

There are many things to like about this phone, a couple of small issues and one big flaw.
In most ways, this is only a marginal improvement over the S23+.
It has a great processor, decent memory, plenty of storage, great battery life.

The speakers are mediocre and it likely has a heat dissipation issue (doesn't impact my use).
However, they seemed to have really missed the mark on the screen, bordering on a defect.
The colors are not vibrant and the screen has a grainy appearance at low brightness levels with certain colors, like dark/med gray.
Some people also complain about faint lines on the screen, but I have not seen that on mine.

Do your self a favor and do a search on "Galaxy S24 grainy screen" and read up before you order one.
IMO, since this phone doesn't really offer much improvement over the previous generation, Samsung rushed it to beat the competitors.
Of course Samsung will deny any screen issues. I would return mine, but I did a trade in, so kinda stuck with it (seems like I say that a lot with Samsung devices).
