I love this wrap. I use it anytime I over exert myself. It keeps me from getting stiff and sore the next day. I use it when I get a chill in the winter time. I use it when I sleep wrong and get a stiffness or soreness somewhere. I love the type of warmth it puts out. I put it on 8 for 45 minutes and when I'm getting out, I'm soaked, and I feel so good.

Takes me a while to start sweating even on the highest heat setting but that happens in a traditional sauna for me too. I love the portability of this blanket. It’s easy to set up and is a great way to incorporate an at-home sauna experience when you don’t have the space or the money to invest in a stand-up unit.
