I’ve only used it 3 times and have been experimenting with temperature and other options. But the experience each time has been heavenly, and I’ve climbed out feeling energized and relaxed. The instructions provided are clear and effective. I’m looking forward to the more long term benefits as I continue to use it.

I’ve only used it once so far. So can’t speak to the long term effects. It was so deeply relaxing. That is saying a lot because it’s very hard for me to relax but the blanket did just that. I loved the experience and very excited to continue to use it.
