Great after a long day at work

I honestly didn’t know what to expect with the LifePro Sauna Blanket, but it turned out to be a great purchase. Setup is simple. Plug it in, set the temperature, zip in, and relax. Within about 10–15 minutes you start sweating just like a traditional sauna.
I like that it heats evenly, folds up easily, and doesn’t take much space. After a session I feel relaxed, less bloated, and sleep really well.
Tip. Wear cotton clothes or use a towel because you will definitely sweat.
Overall, it’s a great at-home alternative to a sauna without spending thousands. I’m really glad I tried it.

Purchased this for my wife , she has been suffering with inflammation due to spine and neck disk degeneration for the past 15 years , this sauna blanket has been a blessing to her relieving pain and inflammation.

I've used traditional swedish saunas for years but no longer had access to one. This product is very well made and feels amazing! Love turning myself into a hot pocket. After only a few uses my skin already looks and feels incredible. Hoping with long term use it continues to help my lymph system and skin.
