Very Relaxing & Great for Detoxification

Wow, you really do sweat in this thing! Gets super hot and I haven't yet gone up as high as it will go. First 15 minutes or so are very comforting and relaxing. Then you start sweating like crazy but that is a good thing. I have been trying to really work on health and wellness lately and detoxification is a huge part of that. I sleep better after using this as well. I definitely recommend.
