I just purchased the Lifepro infrared sauna blanket and so far am very pleased. I've used it once and it exceeded my expectation. I practice hot yoga and the heat is intense but not overwhelming. I look forward to building it into my regular routine.

Just received so I haven't had a chance to use yet. Super excited to get this blanket, it's been something I've wanted for awhile. Ive used a similar product at a spa before so im ready to have one in my home. Ready to add this to my growing lifepro wellness plan.

I’ve only used it twice, I am taking it slow. I love the heat, it is so relaxing. I am hoping it helps with cortisol levels and detoxification mostly. Pic of hubby
