Easy to use out of the box warms up quickly. I thought the red lights were exposed like they are with the other infrared products, but they are not. This is more of a sauna sleeping bag than an infrared blanket in my opinion.

I was skeptical, but this thing gets very hot and I can handle extreme heat. It gives a nice sweat very easy to clean.

I love saunas, but since there aren’t any nearby, I use this one after working out at home.

I have only used 3 times but this well made blanket has worked very well and is so easy to set up and take down. I really like that. I keep the sauna blanket in the bag that it came in. So easy to take out, lay on my bed with a towel on my pillow to lay my head and just plug it in. Afterwards, the blanket unzips so you can open up completely and quickly wipe down. I let it cool down on a chair, then easily fold it up the way it came and put in the bag (that conveniently opens up completely too). Thank you LifePro for another great product.
