Bought brand new, wrapped in plastic, followed instructions for charging, the lights indicate it's full charged, but when flipping the on switch, nothing, no lights, it doesn't work.

Works but clunky and hard to get the attachments out

It's nice that it has multiple speed options and a heating attachment. However, it can be really difficult getting the attachments out that I've strained my already painful joints more than before I used it. It's not always clear when the attachments are solidly in the massage gun either. 3 stars because it works. Minus 2 stars for the difficulty getting the attachments in and the fact that the screen is glitchy and doesn't show the numbers properly.

Every piece of equipment I own from LifePro is extraordinary and gives me great satisfaction. Especially the lifetime guarantee and warranty. I’m pretty excited to get this as a replacement because recovery is so important to my well being. I have turned many of my family and friends onto products from LifePro and they are truly amazed at the performance of this top of the line brand. As a professional physical therapist, I’ve used this equipment on patients now I’m so happy to have one of my very own. Excellent piece of equipment, plenty of speeds, heads, and I was surprised that it came with a heated head highly recommend for a professional.

The round massage attachment recently started to 'shoot' out of the gun when the speed is increased.
There doesn`t seem to be a way to securely lock the attachment in place.
