Anxious Tension Relief

I have pretty nasty anxiety and I carry all my stress in my shoulders, and then that can affect my neck and make some of my anxiety symptoms (such as dizziness and concentration issues) flare up. One short session with this from my partner and I felt pretty instant relief. My only complaint is how much the massage gun jostles my head when using it high up on my shoulders, but that's unavoidable. Pretty solid, especially for the price!
