I’ve learned to use it right after exercise or exertion beyond the normal and it has provided me with a pain-free waking in the morning.
Also good after long car traps to ease tight muscles

This gun is very powerful when compared to other brands that I have used in the past. It's easy to hold & use. It comes it a case to store the gun & attachments. Makes it ideal to travel with.
