Sonic Percussion Massage gun

From Order 399465 . This massager is a so wonderful. I now have a way to massage my neck from a C6 spinal injury to get the knot out! Also, my thumbs and wrists suffer horribly and this machine relieves this sor days, until I can use it again! I also have a hip flexor issue that only this massager has corrected! Thank you!

Love the attachments, second one broke quickly

Parents have had this for a while and we received it as a gift from them this year. Used it twice and now it won’t turn on. Have never had an issue before so not sure what is wrong with this one.

Poor Communication

I had a great experience with this product initially. Everything worked fine for about a year, then the charger stopped working and eventually I was unable to use the massage gun. I contacted support about this issue and provided all of the necessary information to get a replacement charger, but never received one. I would like a replacement charger so I can continue using this product in my massage services.
