I was desperate for some relief! My hip and muscles along the outside hip and into my leg were so painful I could hardly function. I went to the chiropractor twice, and got a massage as well under the recommendation of the chiropractor. It helped a little. I actually got the most relieft from the Lifeprofitness Sonic massage gun. I just use it on the muscles and hip. It has made a dramatic difference! So glad I purchased it. I also have a Lifepro vibration plate and a red light from my chiropractor, but the sonic massage gun has helped the most.

One of those things I never knew I needed

I first experienced this after a triathlon. I thought it was great but kind of assumed it was a PT item not necessarily for the lay person. A friend demonstrated my error and explained some of the other lifepro items. It will likely not be my last lifepro item.

WOULD LIKE TO GIVE REVIEW AFTER MORE USE

JUST RECEIVED, ORDERED IT WHILE ON VACATION AFTER USING A FRIENDS UNIT. HAD A THUMPER BUT WAS 30 YEARS OLD AND STILL WORKING BUT A LITTLE HEAVY.
