THIS IS A GREAT PRODUCT FOR SOOTHING MUSCLES AFTER WORKOUTS AND PHYSICAL THERAPY.
GREAT FOR SPOT TREATMENT IF YOU'RE INTO ACUPRESSURE AND HOLISTIC .
IT HELPS WITH PAIN, RELIEVES THAT HEAVY FEELING AROUND THE NECK AND SHOULDERS IN THE am.
iT HELPS WITH REGULARITY IF USED AT
THE SIDES OF THE LOWER LUMBAR SPINE.
I HAVE OSTEOARTHRITIS WITH SPINAL STENOSIS AND HAVE HAD HIP REPLACEMENTS AND FOUR SPINAL FUSION SURGERIES BOTH CERVICAL AND LUMBAR.
